our in-house ambient production is a semi-generative music album. The tracks are about finding a core of stillness and tranquillity, like taking a deep breath before a night swim. We used to play the first drafts to our little one, to calm him during his first summer nights on this planet.
"I started working on this semi-generative music album as a personal healing process, after a long and stressful year. I would start making music late at night - the best time to disconnect from everything else. As I felt relieved and breathing again, music making took me through yet another difficult time, just a few months later. Listening back to this album countless times and fine tuning the details helped me find strength and peace of mind. I hope it will take you to your own “Quiet Place” too."
