"This is a Music Therapy exercise employing an inward focus on the breath in combination with an engaged music listening technique, which can facilitate a deep and therapeutic music listening experience." Hayes Leslie
This album is a journey towards catharsis that begins by contemplating the morning star, to which the lark dedicates its song. The bird unfolds its wings. The warm rays of the sun sparkle an instant before the lark Vlies to a new beginning. The breeze caresses its feathers. It Vlies. The wind brings with it the whisper of ozone. Raindrops, one after another, fall on the puddles, that are waiting patiently. Fly high. The blue sky. The overhead sun shines. (OMEGA dB, March 2020).
"I work nights and have been going to work early the last few months to make beats in my car. Don't know why. But a car is very peaceful and it was fullfilling when I'd complete one. For most the album I'd take the beat and record it with my digitech rp155. Instruments I used: LTD EC50 electric guitar, Po33. And an OP-1."
